I help men under workplace pressure, facing burnout, identity shifts or career transition move forward with clarity and confidence.

With over 20 years in operational leadership roles, I understand what it actually feels like to

carry responsibility, manage teams, make decisions under pressure, and juggle performance expectations — while trying not to feel like you’re barely coping.

I’m a BACP-registered counsellor and CBT practitioner offering a grounded, practical

approach that respects your experience and your goals
