I'm a qualified counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I support adults across all walks of life, offering one-to-one counselling online via Google Meet. With my integrative approach, I draw from different counselling methods to find what works best for you - because everyone's path to feeling better looks different.
I'm here to listen, without judgement. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship problems, loss, or just feeling that something isn't quite right, we can work through it together in a safe, confidential space.
Counselling is a bit like having a friendly guide on your journey - I'm here to walk alongside you, but you choose the path. Together, we create a space where you can talk openly about whatever's on your mind, explore your feelings, and make sense of your experiences.
In our sessions, you'll have time to pause and reflect, away from life's daily pressures. I listen with genuine care and empathy, helping you understand yourself better. Sometimes, just being truly heard can bring relief. Other times, you might want to develop new ways to cope with life's challenges or understand patterns in your relationships.
Life brings many challenges our way, and I'm here to support you through them all. Whether you're struggling with anxiety and stress, feeling low or depressed, or working through grief and loss, we can face these challenges together. Many people come to me during difficult times in their relationships, when their self-esteem is suffering, or when life changes feel overwhelming. Others simply want to understand themselves better and grow as a person.
Each 50-minute session is your time - a space where you can explore whatever's on your mind, at your own pace. We'll work together in a way that feels comfortable for you, building trust and understanding as we go. Whatever brings you to counselling, you'll find a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely about your thoughts and feelings.
I know that reaching out for help takes courage. That's why I offer a free initial phone consultation - it's a chance for us to talk about what brings you to counselling and see if we're a good fit for working together. There's no pressure, just an open conversation about how I might be able to help.
I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during working days. All communications are treated with complete confidentiality.
